We accept returns and exchanges (see below about personalised items), but before posting the item back to us please get in contact to let us know what the problem is and to arrange what happens when we receive your return (for example a replacement or a refund). You will need to provide your order number and the name associated with the order. If there is a problem you may be asked to send a photo so that we can see what that problem is.

Personalised items
You cannot return or exchange a personalised item unless the item is faulty. However, if it is an item of clothing which doesn't fit, and you'd like to receive the same thing in a different size, we will be happy to provide a new one in a different size at a discount, so it is still worth getting in contact to enquire.
